All equipment must be returned in the same condition as delivered: No missing parts No damage No stains or excessive wear Any missing or damaged items will be charged to the card on file at full replacement cost. Pickup Requirements At the time of pickup: All equipment must be gathered and ready All components must be included Pet Policy No cats or dogs are allowed near the equipment. Pet hair, scratches, or any damage will result in cleaning or replacement fees. Refund Policy All rentals are non-refundable once equipment has been delivered.
